Wuk was like Alphinaud before the Crystal Braves project blew on his face. Since Dawntrail can be described as the Wuk Lamat expansion since she is 3/4 of it, the entire expansion hinges on whether you like her or not. And nobody did.

The freaking dude who dies at the beginning of 7.3 ten minutes after being introduced is already more popular than Wuk.

Imagine a character so horrible and so omnipresent that the devs needed to go out of their way to spell out to players that it is not returning. That is Wuk Lamat.
