whatever works. i just remember my old coach dave, he would scream at us "you aren't cheating me, you're cheating yourself!" and "you're dogging it!"
i still don't want to disappoint him, when he was angry he would make us "hop" across the football field and back, basically do a squat and leap, and if he didn't think we were working hard enough, he'd make us do it again. nobody made me cry like coach dave, not from emotional pain, physical. but he did really like me.
