As others have said, the creator is pretty restrictive with the IP and also has a huge couture / fashion design fixation (there are comparisons to 80s and 90s era runway and other campaigns replicated with her characters like pic related) so just putting the characters into whatever random game someone wants to develop is not likely to be her thing

As for magical girls, I think the guys who made

which was an excellent little tactical jrpg based on super-sentai tropes, also made

Minako actually came first as Sailor V as something of a prototype to Sailor Moon; it would also run a concurrent manga but I don't know if it ever got an anime of its owns separately. Why do I still remember this? The glories of youth pounding a Minako cosplayer with natural blonde pubes will not be forgotten
