What kind of legal system is in Gensokyo, anyway? Continuation of Meiji era law for the Village and self-governence for those youkai that form societies? Who is responsible for judging in case of theft, for instance? Obviously Eiki once the thief passes Sanzu, but I'm talking here about something less post-mortem.
