lot of different places to start, honestly. I started with Persona 2, not knowing our release was part 2 of a 2 part game.
My favorites ended up being Devil Survivor 1 and 2 remakes (these games even beat out FFT and TO:LUCT to me), although I really enjoy Strange Journey, SMT 2, and 4A in particular too.
Once you know the demons it's pretty fun to play lots of games with different settings and stories but similar themes and returning collectable and fusible demons.
