I’m 6 weeks into TRT at 200 mg/week plus 500 IU HCG weekly.

For the first time, I felt what I think were high E2 symptoms. Lab test showed my E2 at 50.

I took 0.25 mg of anastrozole, waited a day, then took another 0.25 mg. Three days later, I took another 0.25 mg on my injection day.

Now I have zero libido. When I started TRT, I wanted sex with my wife 3 times a day; now I feel nothing. I just feel flat, though I’m also more sentimental and emotional.

I’m not sure what to do. Should I be taking 0.25 mg of anastrozole every injection day? Did I crash my E2? I was extremely confident and horny, and now it’s gone.
