i really dont think the US is enforcing that shit like widespread or at all. the only gots ive heard about are from one guy (machinesomethng? idr) getting nabbed for specifically selling celeb AI. that's illegal even if they arent nude. that's using someone's likeness for commercial gain. fraud would be the charge. not for genning. also if it was truly verboten 4chan should be slamming these threads shut left and right.
the bbc psyop trolling spam is only like once or twice a day and it usually ceases quickly if people simply ignore it and carry on at a nonchalant pace. but you're right about celebs that are incredibly meh like maisie. so much maisie. basically every fucking thread maisie. i mostly only see the pedo accusations for the jenna posters which i dont care one way or the other as she's very meh regardless.
