Pot is not THAT strong without meter, again it's just that movement and low comitment in strive is nonexistent so he's accidentally the "best" zoner in the game. Also I'm not arguing they're not top tier, I'm arguing that Strive is dogshit and if characters were allowed to move and poke safely Pot would be drastically less good.
