Why would it need a remake? At most, I want a version of the game which adds a Hard Mode toggle and then also some of the stuff which was exclusive to the Saturn version, just for the hell of it.

I like some remakes, but many aren't good, and many remakes and remasters in the last decade have just been incredibly underwhelming. There's also that whole "... for modern audiences!" cancer which is going around these days, and which makes me wish for for these people to die.
