The reason rule zero doesnt work is because the amount of retarded autist that play this game and cant read the room or have any meaningful social interactions. I cannot fucking understand the amount of people that I have come into contact with at an lgs that dont understand that no one wants to play against their stax or get pissy when we target them after they combo murdered the precon guy relentlessly.
Autistic people need set rules and dont fucking know how to function without them. Thats why the bracket system was made, but lo and behold it was made by non-spergs so its flexible and vague. But flexibility and vagueness is the exact opposite of what the autistic retards in this game need. So brackets dont work, Rule zero doesnt work, and you get these fucking horror stories about the game.
Worse yet, Commander is like the de facto autist game. 100 unique card deckbuilding based around a hero, leader, waifu, or dragon in a game with 20k+ card? Thats like letting one of these retards loose in a fucking lego factory. But then, they have to play with other people. Big problem there, cause they already had their rules set out in their heads beforehand and if you cross the line they get upset. But then you cant realistically make a bracket system with this many cards thats set in stone. It HAS to be flexible otherwise you'll end up with some of the new precons being considered bracket 3 just by adding shocklands and a triome.
Shit sucks.
