Did you just move to AZ? Why the fuck aren't you using an evap/swamp cooler?
Actually use the negative humidity to your benefit, for literally a fraction of the power usage, for damn near the same cooling as an AC.

Hell this is the DIY board, just make your own, they are stupid simple.
