Delta Team Tactical 3 pos FRTs or the ones currently on RB's website (same product) are pretty good.

eh...
they require a lot more fiddling and will likely not last as long as one of the 3pos FRTs. I have both and recommend the FRTs more, especially if reliability is a concern.
