Im 31 living with my parents.
I'm getting laid off from my dogshit factory job in a month.
I had a girlfriend for 2 years but refused to become a rentoid and couldn't find a house so she dumped me.
I call people faggots in video game voice chat every night.
I have 81,000 dollars in savings.
Own a new compact car outright.
Meanwhile I have friends who are rentoids with no car and 400 dollar a month rent, spending like 150 a WEEK on groceries and consooming dumb shit. None of them will ever have children.
I guess I'm the man child though, for not paying rent to some boomer just to be in the same living situation.
I want a tinyhome for myself but they all come with a fucking 458 dollar a month HoA fee.
Change the zoning laws, and I'll man up.
Stop importing pajeets and I'll man up.
Until then I'm done with you faggots. I feel bad for my ex I wasted 2 years of her life. And for my parents. Everyone else can go to hell. I've slept 5 hours a night the past 5 years because wagecucking is hell on earth. Im done.

I've been a wagie for 5-1/2 years now and I'm losing my job soon. I've slept 5 to 6, now a hard 5, hours a night on weeknights for that time. I cope with coffee after I fell asleep standing up at the factory and almost got fired. Tried to go to bed earlier but the wagie rage I just couldn't stand it. Slowly it ruined me
>creative spark all but dead
>higher order thinking fucked (can barely do puzzles)
>feel numb to reality
>forgetful
>penis doesn't work anymore
>libido plummeted
Has anyone else been on a shit sleep schedule like this for several years, then started sleeping better and recovered? If so how long did it take. Was some of the famage permanent? How old were you? For me this has been the ages of 25 to 31.

How long will it take to recover from sleeping 5 hours a night for 5 years? Just got laid off so I'll be unemployed in a few weeks.
Only on weeknights.
Still, that's around 3800 hours of missed sleep.
Feel numb to reality.
Sometimes I say the wrong words whenever I never used to.
Don't get boners much anymore.
I was 25 when I started this and now I'm 30.
I don't know how much of this is fixable at this point. I live with my parents so I am going to set aside some time to be a NEET before I find a job with a healthier work schedule. But I need to know how long before I give up on things getting better for me and accept the damage is permanent.

Anyone had a similar experience?
