Her face and body is better and cuter. The only downgrades are hair color and outfit. Her hair color isn't a major part of her branding like green was for Fauna's image, so she can always go crazy with her hair color and do what she wants. Outfits are trivial to change and improve. Nimi wasn't a downgrade overall, only for now.
