>By losing territory?
Watch attached image, Egypt lost more land than it had at the start lol
>The only time you've made peace is when you've lost and been forced into it.
You're incapable of seeing the reality that Egypt won because...
Typical correlation!=causation mistake. One could say that the only time we made peace is because the gains we made from that peace were greater than the worth of the Sinai. I could say that in our eyes, we neutralized Egypt politically, by making it dependent on US aid and weapons (i.e. to this day they don't get BVR missiles for their F-16s) rather than being dependent on the USSR, controlling all army formations in the Sinai, and now they even intercept missiles and drones for us. Tell that to an Egyptian in 1973 and he would kill himself
That literally is. If Sadat launches the war to get the canal crossings and 10 cm of Sinai, then he wins if he gets it
Are you retarded? so if he declares his war goal is to get nuked by Israel and have his wife fucked by Moshe Dayan and it happens, that means Egypt won? What if his war goal is to do a backflip but he fails, that means Egypt lost the war? just because some retard, even if he is the president of Egypt, declares a war goal, doesn't mean the achievement of that war goal is objectively viewed as a victory by the rest of the world.
>Once again ignoring the UN made you pull back.
So Egypt couldn't pull us out militarily, got it
>War is an extension of politics; failing to realize this is why you Israelis have never achieved a strategic victory, only tactical ones.
Well then if you could wait 6 years until after the war ended to declare victory because of stuff you gained from politics, what's to stop me from choosing a point of time that benifits Israel, like I did before? Israel won militarily, it fought harder, smarter, better and ultimately captured more land. The decision to give away the Sinai was because it provided us a political victory, due to the reasons above.
