Well it's a DDR gun, issued to a Finn conscript out of the storage box (well technically issued to the tank, but that's beside the point) along with other DDR stuff like mags, mag pouch, BFA, bayonet, cleaning kit and a sling. It's not SA leather sling, so with 99% certanty I say it's East German sling.
