Is there any use in extending stats like blood filtration and blood pumping above 100% with bionics?
The stat page says 100% is the max contribution for these parts but I'm wondering if any "spill over" kicks in and helps when other things reduce a stat. Like if pain would normally reduce a pawn's consciousness by 30% the "extra" blood pumping mitigates that and they only lose 20-25% consciousness?
