Grus unit is great for rumble, the shield and confusion are great. They can be fucking annoying in a shooter team with Uso/lili and whoever can give ct. And in a striker team with memories Nami(she just gives full special to 2 characters and haste) + Hina(action bind)

I dont know what you have but Dex is stacked overall and for GP you can use teams to stall until time runs out because as long you have one more member you will win and dex are perfect for that
Dex fighters i see Soba mask that is good imo, Chin Jao, Dog, Cat, Ann(for healing and ct), Shark, Sanji/Zori, Memories Luffy, a Jinbe if maxed. There isnt much for this class. It will depend how high the llb of some characters are but you can try, i guess.
