Besides the pixelated shadows, it looks pretty good. Sorry to hear about your PC, choom. Good thing you’ve at least got a backup. If your PC won't post, it’s usually one of the main components acting up. Most newer motherboards come with onboard diagnostic LEDs that show where the POST process is failing, it’s usually the RAM. If you’re going to troubleshoot, just make sure to unplug your storage drives and try the usual one RAM stick method.
Or just take it to a good technician and save yourself the headache. Very cursed indeed, best of luck.
