i think it could have been a valid plot point in cyberpunk too but in deus ex it was relevant because not *everyone* was augmented. there isn't a single person who isn't chipped in cyberpunk, so if this kind of problem was more prevalent it wouldn't have lead to the same conditions which allowed everyone to get chipped

Nah, the mod itself is the injectable camera and it lets you do a lot besides unpausing the game inside photomode. Reshade is cool but too much work to setup and use. Here's the gist of it if you want to go the extra mile.

My understanding from the readme is that IC needs (whatever the hell its parant mod is called), and that mod runs and and piggybacks its settings menu through reshade
I've heard reshade is resource intensive so I kind of doubt the Deck could handle it. I'm already hitting a wall with my current modlist trying to complete Hole in the Sky.

PM and AMM, yes. You just make the character look at a prop and then target the prop, simple and effective. Doing stuff with spawned character is way too complicated, janky and slow.
