That's just typical japanese coding folded over a thousand times.
Game has potential but it lacks polish, some things that annoyed me besides performance are too long intros between days, every time you have to wait till you get DAY X typed on your screen then see animation of MC entering the turret and showing her butt, main turret having too little ammo, upgrade prices feels too random and I would prefer if you had limited enemies per day that you have to kill(like only 20 bugs are invading today) instead of timer where enemies vanish after it's end
