The GUN Commander and the President look more like Sonic characters than the Unleashed Pixar humans, because at least they had the same straw limb and large hand/feet proportions that Sonic and Eggman have. And even then, the Sonic human art style we have on Sonic Channel right now looks more like Sonic characters because they have the features I described, plus they have anime-esque eye designs, something the anthro characters also have.
