I also have dark brown eyes, dark brown hair, and pale as fuck skin. My mom said my complexion in general has cold colors. My skin isn't very rosy even though I'm super white. Even so, I can't stand the cold. I would rather live in a tropical or mediterranean country, with nice, moderate weather. No extremes.
