What kit are you using as the base? If it's the standard Runelord kit be aware that there's no details on the front of the torso because they expected it to be covered by the beard.

I'd honsetly say that the Grimnyr kit would be a way better starting place. All you'd need is some arm swaps, and the sleeves would make that easy
