Expensive office chair enjoyers are the equivalent of audiophiles.
The way of the way is variation, if you remain seated in the same chair long enough it completely negates any momentary benefit it's design may have.

I rotate between a cheap office chair for when i do a lot of typing, a ergogay chair(where you fold your knees under your primary seat unto a second lower seat), a yoga ball(rated 150kg for you fatasses), and mein comfy leather chair.

It takes up extra space, so i arranged my room so i can quickly stow and rotate them when i feel the need. Don't forget standing up and walking around when you can. Remaining sedentary is just bad.
