Amalur is trash. The combat is nice, but easily broken apart and every other aspect of the game is dull, generic and shallow.

>respec and max out crafting tree
>craft gear that will beat all quest rewards and drops for the next 10 hours
>respec back into combat role

If you find an Amalur apologist in the wild, ask his favorite character, or quest chain, or unique item/build.
