Yeah, the guys who were hosting their own majors for CS before they stopped updating TF2 just never realized players were competitive and could learn to aim well. Before TF2's development even started they had a game where people with far better aim than 99% of TF2 players were competing for hundreds of thousands of dollars. Valve knew players could get good.
