Doubt it, there's no proof and Pride route shows that Subaru can perma die if he has no regrets. Though it wouldn't be so bad to restart all over again with a young Rem and impregnating her all over again!
In a way I'm glad i don't have RbD. I'm such a minmaxer I would go Greed Subaru and redo over and over always wanting to perfect the loop a bit more.
