Guys, I'm not getting it. Does pre-refining doesn't matter at all?
Initially I've got +9 ACC dagger. Refined it to +15, then enhanced it to +16. So I've decided that +16 is the cap of ACC.
Tried to doublecheck it, to be sure. Refined another dagger from +9 ACC to +13, but on enhancement it goes down from +13 to +12. Both daggers are 4* ofc.
So enhancement stat boost is always calculated from base stat value, ignoring refinement? What is the base stat value if you altered stat then?

Also does someone have some sort of spreadsheet of stat min-max ranges post/pre enhancement?
