When this thing got shown off. It always screamed to me it was a failed heavy tank design the imperium only kept around for propaganda and to shove off on PDF and low value formations. It looks like every bad tank from 1919-45 has a baby.
Looks shit in a guard army. Would look amazing as a bad centerpiece to auxiliary force
