Tex-Mex aint shitting on anything. Bastardized dishes from Tijuana and Mexico City destroy whatever Tejanos have spawned in the last century. My grandparents are from New Mexico so I grew up eating some of those dishes, but nothing holds a candle to real Mexican food. Try Mole Poblano, I guarantee it will blow your mind.
