Yeah, they're basically just final forms without the preceding stuff. If you play the card games, it's like ex vs EX-- the former needs to be evolved into, the latter doesn't, both have similar performances with the latter often being somewhat better

They're also maybe technically not supposed to exist but also do actually but just in a different timeline? Scarlet and Violet are shit games that explain nothing so we don't really know

I'd be fine with making them cost as much as a regular Pokémon that evolves past level 50 or something, dunno

Myths/Legends does seem a bit harsh but at the same time not unfitting (especially for the literal Legendary Paradoxes)
