Your post quite literally proves nothing. As i said they added NEW relic effects and put them in soto and later. ALL old effects are available to owners of previous expansions without having to buy soto. I logged into the game. DID NOT BUY OR OWN SOTO, and got these for free. My new friend who owned only hot + pof was able to craft base game relics. It must be hard being so fucking illiterate. I'll say it once more ALL previous relic effects were available to NON SOTO OWNERS.
