you need to understand americans, they are deeply insecure and narcissistic, they only get their sense of validation by tearing others down and pretending they are superior. they cannot fathom that someone may have it better than them and/or be better than america in some way. they are also so dedicated to this delusion that they are unaware of the rest of the world.
on this outing i saw wild mountain goats and birds of prey, along with the usual squirrels and small birds.
every outing i see something like this without trying, like a pine marten or hawk or buzzard or adder.
