aleph dos jackshit damage himself, his 'damage' is giga-buffing impromptu instead since his buff+ult makes attacks apply a debuff that increases damage taken and decreases mental defence as well as adding extra hits to impromptu AND reusing first 2 incantations his ult recorded. means you get a gatling gun attack at the end that massively chews through bosses

of the two i'd say aleph is stronger. but assuming you want to play impromptu/inspiration kiperina is fatutu/flutterpage tier of 'must pull' whereas aleph is mostly just for his +1AP skill and making impromptu hit way harder after his ult
