You can stay in the air for a lot longer now. But in terms of damage he's still trash. The "I ran out of ammo and can do nothing" bullshit is still there, and he's not fun to play at all.

The airdrop missile and energy bubble bomb is unchanged and therefore remains garbage.

Energy beam full charged does like 15% of a lumi HP which isn't impressive. 3 seconds to regain one shot is ridiculously low DPM.
