Alysnes (shield and spear) is a good but high skill floor all rounder that is good at being a gnat harassing the enemy while never fucking dying.
Panther (lance) is extremely tanky with its double shields and the lance is super strong when it lands but he's a one trick pony.
Welkin (axe) is a retard check, left unopposed he'll zoom up, put you in the thunderdome, then spin2win you to death. But all of that is countered by seeing him coming and knowing how to respond.

They aren't loading during the matchmaking, not while sitting in a lobby, and when it does start loading, it takes about three seconds for my loading progress bar to hit 100%
