Although I do occasionally play "support" when my team needs it (and by that I mean: mantis, Ultron or Invis), I wouldnt call myself best suited to dictate everything about the role.
But as a Vanguard/Duelist main, I'd say that if the strategist ults "must" remain just as strong as they currently are to fulfil that hero type fantasy.
I would suggest the following:
>Keep Strat ult charge rates the same but make all "Healing Circle" ults active for 6 seconds MAX (this is more than enough to counter/protect/heal back from 90% of Vanguard/Duelist ults while rewarding good decision-making skills/reaction time)
>Devs now have to go out of their way to avoid any additional "Healing Circle" ults for the foreseeable future.
