If you haven't figured it out, the true elite provide lower level billionaires with their unbelievable wealth so long as they're good workers for their system. However, in exchange, these billionaires are often required to donate all or a large sum of their wealth back into the system, often given to these massive globalist foundations and think tanks, rather than leaving it to their heirs. Their children will also be taken care and given good positions provided that they are also good worker bees.

A perfect example of this is Cecil Rhodes. He was supposedly one of the richest men in the world during his time. But he left all of his wealth to the creation of a secret society we know as the Roundtable Group or the Milner Group. Higher level elites, like Nathan Rothschild and the other trustees of his wills, were then given authority to manage his wealth through the Rhodes Trust and distribute it as they saw fit.

That's how this all works. Why do you think all of these billionaires have signed "the giving pledge", agreeing to donate a huge amount of their wealth to "philanthropic causes"? Because they're such charitable people? No, it's simply part of the deal. That money is dedicated towards the creation of the great globalist work (i.e. world government). So, no, they aren't giving this money to poor black people in Africa. They're reinvesting it back into various ngos, foundations, and think tanks which are promoting globalist agendas under the guise of charitable philanthropy.
