Why does it need a point? Like, did you never play mk64 as a kid? Anyone who did remembers Royal Raceway and being able to drive around Peach's Castle and wanting that as a game.
MKW is that game. And I love it. The p switches, ? panels, and peach medalions are just the cherry on top.

I also love how it's all connected, Grand Prix and Knockout both. It's fun and shows they could easily add in new cups just by adding new routes.
