>Fiber is really underappreciated, it really helps you reduce calories
>Fiber is good because it makes you eat less.
Do you ever stop to think about what you're writing and why before posting it? Why not just eat more nutrient dense foods instead of filling your stomach with indigestible fiber?
I don't understand why you're so obsessed with fiber.
Fiber comes out exactly the same way as you put it in, you might as well eat pieces of foam mattresses.
>Fun fact about oats, it has beta glucans (soluble fiber) in them that work similarly to ozempic regarding appetite suppression (though a lot weaker of course).
Ah yes, that's exactly what I want from the foods I eat, having my appetite suppressed instead of satiated. Thanks.
>As I've said, you already made up your mind and no amount of scientific evidence will change that. You can choose to ignore the vast amount of scientific literature over the past 100 years that we have on this.
You haven't posted any scientific evidence thoughberveit, you're just seething because I didn't accept your flawed studies as scientific evidence (which they are not).
>consensus
Why do you think consensus has anything to do with science? Do you also believe we're facing a climate crisis because that's what the consensus says? Are you up to date on your covid boosters?
>you shouldn't trust every Youtube grifter/influencer
I don't "trust" anyone, I started eating less fiber 2 years ago and stopped having bloating after every meal. Why would I start eating fiber again?

>If you're having issues digesting indigestible fiber, you have to eat more indigestible fiber because it means you don't have enough bacteria that can create gas and bloating in your stomach after eating indigestible fiber.
I'll let you have the last word if you want but I really think you should reconsider your stance on fiber, it's a byproduct of eating plants, it's not nutritious nor beneficial for us.
