Using Scarface as a disguise to interrogate Yor is the dumbest thing Twilight has ever done. The lieutenant is close to Yuri and they are regularly together. If he's ever at Yuri's apartment when Yor visits or they run into her in public, Yor will recognize him immediately.
This will set off a chain reaction because he has never actually approached her. It's a dead giveaway that Twilight was pushing her for some reason. Why? Is she a leak? Is she a threat? Is it her husband? Is it her brother? Why would he be so nervous about the SSS's most junior member?
