This was
>6 cups (overfilled) of flour
>roughly 900ml water
>2 medium spoons of dry yeast (dunno how that translates to grams, I homebrew)
>4 small spoons of salt
>1 small spoon of sugar
>dash of avocado oil (ran out of olive oil, wouldve used that instead)
>let rise for over an hour, with folding every so often
