I took out the nurgle/beastmeme/greenskins shits and was mass attacking Vlad and securing the centre of the Empire just to have multiple Norscans sail south and start setting everything on fire. Arbaal and Throt stomped Kislev and then beelined for me and I was rolled up like a carpet. I accepted Vlad's truce too late and my armies were all caught out of position.

I lost all of Middenland, Osterland, Hochland, Talabecland, Ostermark before I could move my veterans north to defend and was stuck with underdeveloped Stirland and the Moot. No money, half my forces shredded and no way to recover - when I spotted 3 sets of 4 full stacks of gold chevron maurauder Norscans with mammoths coming at me I threw in the towel...

It has been years since I got beaten by the AI so soundly and absolutely.
