Would explain why nothing has really leaked then. If this stuff was just sitting on a server it would've come out by now I think. But if only a small group actually downloaded the stuff and a slightly bigger group have either seen it or heard and were told to keep quiet it makes sense. Someone would have to ask one of these users that's hinted they know stuff or look out for anonymous leaks.
It's worth keeping an eye on people like that because even if they don't outright say anything in public their knowledge of the leaks might unconsciously inform theories they make etc. Kind of like how the public ML leaks sparked some theories. Though many of these KHtubers are still ignoring them.
