Speaking of Roar I just watched the first 2 episodes. Who the fuck thought this was a good idea? Also I fucking at this art style. It was kinda charming when Adventure Time did it, but everything else that has copied this fake 1930s rubber hose style has just been painful. And what is it about this specific style that seems to require every character to mince around as though they're camp and a row of tents? Or behave as though whatever is in front of them is the most important thing that has ever happened to them "but it's also like totally chill and not at all a big deal."
It's just tiring.
