Michael Scott made the show funny, also Dwight to a certain extent, Creed and Kevin worked only in small doses. But Michael Scott undoubtedly was the heart of the show, probably the funniest character of all American sitcoms. Seasons 8 and 9 went straight to shit exactly because of that, and they still think they can regain those heights again? Not in a million years
