im too ugly to go and its not gonna work because it's only in the moment. something happens to me in a day, and then my whole life being over crashes over me and i get so mad about never being able to stand up for myself without getting into a worse situation. ive been going to therapy but so far i dont notice much progress and im very scared of it not working because i need help
