Lyra should be good just for removing the threat of Umbreon, Sabrina and Cyrus on something damaged in the bench, in particular frontline rampers like Dialga ex. Can also just use it like how you'd do with Koga/Ilima to switch out the frontline Pokemon once it's no longer needed. Looks to be worth trying out I think
