Any attempts to bring up politics without any clear relevance or impact on what you're actually discussing are now bannable.
Update and clarify every single fucking board rule to get tourists who clearly don't belong to fuck off. Ban social media screencaps unless it's actual information backed up by a credible source. Drop GR3 and regret it later. GR6 will now refer to actual pants-on-head retarded, genuinely obnoxious, blatantly inflammatory, and/or template posts, and is actually enforced. Drop GR7 but make sage visible. Add vtubers to GR15, change the containment board to /trash/. Drop GR16 because it's retarded. Actually enforce what's left (should be easier without phoneposters shitting up the place).
